Size and style

Our mission is to provide you with high-quality, timeless pieces that you can wear for years to come. Most of our designs are true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our product descriptions to see which styles we suggest sizing up in. Our size range currently includes XS-XXL.

Orders

Where is my order? 

After placing your order with Sustainwear.se, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily follow its progress.

Cancel or change order

Please note that it's not possible to cancel or change an order once it's been placed, as we aim to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to make a change or cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team and we'll do our best to assist you.

Shipping 

We ship our products from our warehouse in Götene, Sweden. We utilize reputable shipping methods like DHL, Budbee, and Postnord. We offer free shipping within Sweden and you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days.

Returns & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-days return policy. Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards. To ensure that your return is accepted, all items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We provide return labels on our parcels for your convenience. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost of 59kr.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your new order number and we will cover the return cost. Our priority is to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible for our valued customers.
